A&E to make a Steven Seagal Reality show!

•November 25, 2008 • Leave a Comment

Yes, this information has been confirmed, It appears that the Network A&E is putting together a show that may in fact take the place of Dog the Bounty Hunter. The premise of Steven Seagal: Lawman is a non-fiction series following the life of the Actor/Martial-Arts star/musician Steven Seagal, working as a deputy with the Jefferson Parish County Sheriff’s Office in New Orleans.

Apparently while Seagal’s movies have been falling off the map over the past 20 years, he has actually been moonlighting as a cop, putting his aikido skills to good use fighting crime. Amazing.

This little video seems to be Seagal talking about something, It sounds like he’s on drugs during the filming of this.

New Star Trek Leaked Trailer!

Apparently those guys over at Paramount are being dicks about their trailer for this movie. So far the official trailer will be up and in HD in about 16 Hours and 59 Minutes. But until then here is the leaked trailer that was recorded during the beginning of “Quantum of Solace”

Sadly this will probably be taken off the internet soon, and replaced with the one in HD.

It is said that most trailers have to draw you in to get you excited, when I went to go see “Quantum of Solace” I didn’t expect to see this trailer, and when I did i thought it was just another Kid Spy flick, but when he said his name I was like HOLY F*CKING SH*T!!!!! This trailer is by far my favorite trailer I’ve seen. One thing I favor the most in trailers is the music. Secondly, is the acting. They could easily place good actors with bad one’s but sometimes it just doesn’t work.

Old 2 New Enterprise

Do you remember when something first came out (i.e. Coca Cola) and when they have that same thing for years. What normally happens when they introduce a new product (i.e. New Coke) the people hate it. So they bring back the old product and call it Coke Classic and they stick with that new. And now it’s only know as that.

With the original design the Star Trek ship etched into so many fan’s minds, the thought of them revamping the design of the ship scares many people.

This image has been circulating the web for a short while now and to be honest, I’m all for them changing the look of the ship, but only a few things. They should change it cause if they stick with the original concept it would just look silly and out of place.

We give you this awesome (yet short) teaser trailer for 2012.

This is one of those movie’s that would be an interesting watch. But it’s just one of those kind of movies that make you think “Ok, the world is ending. but I know that it’s going to have a happy ending. and somehow the main character’s of the movie are going to miraculously survive  the onslaught of God’s wrath.

Did someone say boring story plot.

Video FreakFest Will Commence shortly!!

Me and a few fellow bloggers are going to go watch the new “James Bond” flick tonight. And I was thinking of setting everything up to have something of a round table meet-and-greet with my blogger friends and my co-hosts.

Here’s a little video to show that I am hopeful that my co-host and my friends would be willing to get in front of the camera and talk. Especially, cause some of them don’t really get along. But I guess they can deal with it.

I was rumaging through some random videos on youtube when I stumbled upon this fantastically funny video. It sounds pretty much like a tribute to John Williams.

Enjoy!

Akira – The American Way

I was browsing through the enormous pit known as the internet when I came across this little gem.

My friend Jackie was the one who got me into this “Anime” Movie. Ans I always thought that this would make an awesome live action movie if it’s done correctly. But if they do it the American way, It will turn into another Speed Racer and Dragon Ball. Hopefully DiCaprio has more sense then that.

Futurama: Bender’s Game Review

the Sum Up

This is the third in the Futurama movie series, In this installment the Crew go on a journey to find the source of the Dark Matter shortage. During the course of the film, Bender gets caught up in his own robotic imagination and gets sent to a Robot Mental Institution, his imagination gets mixed with the dark matter and he and the crew get sucked into a Fantasy world.

The Good

The First movie (Bender’s Big Score) had it’s up and it’s downs. The second movie (Beast with a billion backs) I don’t even want to talk about that movie, mostly because of the constant gay jokes they put in the film. But this movie didn’t have any of that (although they did have a lesbian part in this one, and I’m not complaining) It has really good laughs, I was actually surprised that they still had a good sense of humor about things, normally they would have run out of jokes to use but in this movie it tells me that they still got a lot more storyies that need to be told.

The Bad

I really have nothing bad to say about this movie, Me and my friend Jackie are fan’s of animation. Her more than me lol, I’m more a fan of american animation, (Then again a lot of people are getting out of the 2D animation and getting into the 3D world of animation), plus a lot of american studios are going overseas to get their animation.

“The Tourist” Featuring Cruise and Theron

charlizeI got this news yesturday but I didn’t have time to do much research about it and here’s what I found, brought to me by the experts over at Movieweb:

Charlize is in talks to star with Tom Cruise in The Tourist, director Bharat Nalluri’s remake of the 2005 French thriller Anthony Zimmer.

According to Variety, the Julian Fellowes-scripted drama centers on a female Interpol agent who uses an American tourist in an attempt to flush out an elusive criminal with whom she once had an affair.

The script is currently getting a polish by Christopher McQuarrie, who co-wrote the upcoming Cruise starrer Valkyrie for United Artists.

This looks like an interesting concept but I believe I’ve heard of this scenerio before. Does “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” but the storyline of this new film seems really familiar to the movie “Collateral”.
